Digital Media Executive
Job Summary
The Digital Media Executive’s main role is to create a distinct online presence for Deraya Insurance through executing a digital media strategy that helps in building the company’s strong brand identity.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create the content of the daily posts.
Be fully responsible for the communication between the company and external service providers.
Observe how competitors and similar businesses use their social media channels in order to better define and position our own online presence.
Make sure that all social media channels and the website are working perfectly.
Develop our social media channel to be a recruitment channel through boosting recruitment posts and branding of Deraya Insurance Brokerage as an employer of choice.
Boost Facebook posts in order to reach our target audience.
Develop engaging online content including posts, graphics and visuals; monitor and analyse content success.
Search for the best service providers such as digital media agencies, graphic designers, etc.
Use promoted posts, Facebook, Instagram to generate leads, be it on the recruitment or the sales front.
Work on printed material to supplement online presence.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
0-1 year of experience in the digital media field.
Basic knowledge of project management
Basic technical knowledge to understand the company systems and infrastructure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Very good knowledge of MS Office and Photoshop.
Good time management skills.
Ability to plan, implement, and assess innovative ideas and initiatives.
